DTF prints take 5-7 business days.

Actual prints may vary depending on your computer display so please ensure your colors are accurate and your monitor has been calibrated.  We are not responsible for color issues.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.  Please thoroughly inspect your items upon receipt and let us know of any issues within 24 hours so we are able to resolve.  More info can be found by fully reviewing our refund policy.

Shipping policy

We ship products Monday-Friday.  We sometimes print shipping labels on Saturday for Monday shipping. Processing times for shipping is anywhere between 5-7 business days, we do not work holidays.

We are not responsible for packages after they leave our facility and highly recommend not opting out of package insurance.
