Sublimation:  Sublimation prints are printed on a Sawgrass sublimation printer with sublimation ink.  Your garment must be at least 50% polyester to hold the inks.  The higher the polyester, the better the final product.  There are no refunds.

Each vinyl sheet is waterproof and has a permanent adhesive that will remain vibrant and beautiful for up to 1 year outdoors. You can increase the longevity of your vinyl outdoors by applying a laminate over the top to provide UV and abrasion protection.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.  Please thoroughly inspect your items upon receipt and let us know of any issues within 24 hours so we are able to resolve.  More info can be found by fully reviewing our refund policy.

Shipping policy

We ship products Monday-Friday.  We sometimes print shipping labels on Saturday for Monday shipping. Processing times for shipping is anywhere between 3-5 business days, we do not work holidays.

We are not responsible for packages after they leave our facility and highly recommend not opting out of package insurance.
